I love ice skating and, more specifically, ice hockey (ironic I live in a town with no real facility).
Anyhow, this is the earliest time in at least the past 5 years that my wife’s parents’ pond has been cold enough to skate on. We’ve spend at least 3 days over the past week out on the pond, enjoying the cold weather – this is also the longest stretch I can remember where it didn’t warm up enough to melt it.
With it totally dumping snow today the kids and I decided to stay at home and build an igloo and I’ve been asking myself this question:
“Br-r-r! Where did global warming go?”
