Chart of the Day: Financials

So the Russell 2000 and the Nasdaq 100 both broke out today. But where are the financials? With all the problems in the industry over the past 6 months the financials have essentially become the market. Without a confirming breakout in the financials it may pay to view these other moves with a healthy dose of skepticism.
